Jasvinder Singh is involved in civil litigation; initially with the debt recovery team  and subsequently with the running of the general litigation department. He has conducted various trials and hearings at both the Subordinate and High Court levels. He has conducted appeal hearings at the Court of Appeal and assisted counsels with hearings at the Federal Court, both at the leave stage as well as at the full appeal stage. He currently operates as a case engineer and counsel for Vivek Sukumaran.

Jasvinder has also given numerous opinions to banks in relation to debt recovery, enforcement of charge matters and general bankruptcy and insolvency issues.

Outside of work, Jasvinder is an avid futsal player and regularly participates in futsal competitions organized by the Kuala Lumpur and Malaysian Bar.
